DUSK is Stellenbosch’s most decorated fine dining restaurant, founded in 2022 by chefs Callan Austin and Darren Badenhorst. Tucked along Plein Street, it blends heritage with bold, contemporary thinking in an inventive, boundary pushing space.

Through two seasonal tasting menus, DUSK focuses on storytelling through flavour, using nostalgia and memory as a foundation for innovation. Led by Chef Callan Austin and supported by a curated wine programme, it delivers an experience that is immersive, dynamic, and deeply intentional.
